This piece has two wonderful bright colors coming together, separated by a continuous black line. Its name comes from using magenta to transverse the closed channel created by the black line. It was a very challenging piece because it required precision planning so that the overall design was square and that I could pack an occasional repetitive design while holding to the goal of creating a square. As part of the Square Circle Collection, the black three-pixel-wide line starts and ends in the same place. Because it never intersects with itself, therefore it forms a circuitous circle. The space between the black line as it meanders around the piece is also three pixels wide. As previously stated, the area inside the black line is magenta, while the exterior color or base color is aqua. The border is magenta to highlight and bring into focus the magenta meanderings. The Single Line Art logo is in the center of the piece.
Each piece of art in this collection begins with a single contiguous, strictly three-pixel-wide black line that begins and ends in the same place, making it a very circuitous circle. The line makes only right-angle turns and is separated from itself by a three-pixel-wide space that is colored on either side by a color. Therefore, although the black line is the most used color, it may not be the predominant color when viewed. The line is drawn by calculating the outcome of completing a square without intersection, feeling, and thought.
