When I look into the night sky, I can see millions of stars. If I draw a line between the stars, I randomly connect them into a pattern. Connecting these stars reminds me that our sun is one of many lights in the deep rich life holding blackness of space. The white two to four-pixel-wide line has no beginning or end and represents our connection to each other and all the stars in space; we are one circle of life traveling through the universe. The Single Line Art logo is in the lower right corner of the piece.
Each piece of art in this collection begins with single contiguous two to four-pixel-wide line that begins and ends in the same place, making it a circle. The line doesn't intersect with itself anywhere and is drawn by intuition, feeling, and thought. Each side of the line (the inside and outside of the circle) is then colored.
